Institutionally, politics play far too big a part - how can you possibly be said to operate without fear or favour when you’re driving around in cars liveried in lgbt, taking the knee for blm and policing lefty events with kid gloves while simultaneously turning up en mass to drag people like Tommy Robinson out of a hotel he’s having breakfast in with his family to pava spray him inches away from his face while handcuffed and surrounded by officers, seemingly for the press?!? When the force has become institutionally corrupt from the top down in this manner, it is hard to blame individual tyrants for their own corruption.

I work very closely with Police, we see officers that are suspended or at times restricted duties, officers that have done 20 years plus in the Police and most people don't see how broken it makes a man it's NOT the job it's the internal support from the skippers or just how Policing is changing and the old guard will not change with it, junior officers from all ranks come in upset the apple cart, I must stress not ALL forces are like this but majority can be. We have seen everything there is to offer that can be thrown from society Police that work side by side with us have nothing but negativity to vent about the support they receive from internal. I could go on and on I thought Ben had a great attitude as a police officer it's something you can't hide or mask it's your aura that's around you and Ben's shines through. First 60 seconds of the speech and body language is I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.
